Il perturbe la respiration pendant le sommeil, entra\u00eenant des ronflements, des \u00e9touffements et des r\u00e9veils fr\u00e9quents. \u00c0 l\u2019aube de 2023, il est essentiel de conna\u00eetre les derni\u00e8res statistiques li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019apn\u00e9e du sommeil. Ce chiffre met en \u00e9vidence l\u2019urgence de traiter l\u2019apn\u00e9e du sommeil en tant que probl\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 publique majeur en 2023.<\/p>\n<h2>Disparit\u00e9s entre les sexes<\/h2>\n<p>Des \u00e9tudes montrent que l\u2019apn\u00e9e du sommeil est plus fr\u00e9quente chez les hommes que chez les femmes. En 2023, on estime que 261 TP3T d\u2019hommes et 161 TP3T de femmes seront concern\u00e9s par cette pathologie, soulignant les disparit\u00e9s entre les sexes associ\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019apn\u00e9e du sommeil.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00c2ge et apn\u00e9e du sommeil<\/h2>\n<p>L&#039;\u00e2ge joue un r\u00f4le crucial dans la pr\u00e9valence de l&#039;apn\u00e9e du sommeil. Les recherches indiquent que le risque de d\u00e9velopper ce trouble du sommeil augmente avec l&#039;\u00e2ge. En 2023, on pr\u00e9voit que 301 TP3T chez les individus \u00e2g\u00e9s de 40 \u00e0 60 ans et 451 TP3T chez les individus de plus de 60 ans souffriront d\u2019apn\u00e9e du sommeil.<\/p>\n<h2>Ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 et apn\u00e9e du sommeil<\/h2>\n<p>L&#039;ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 est un facteur de risque important d&#039;apn\u00e9e du sommeil, car l&#039;exc\u00e8s de poids peut entra\u00eener une obstruction des voies respiratoires pendant le sommeil.
